BAGS OF CULTURE AND CHARACTER CAMPAIGN SS26

Travel has always been at the core of our personal research, shaping the way we observe, interpret, and tell stories. For this reason, approaching this project felt instinctive and immediate. The strong collaboration within the team and the pleasure of working on set created the ideal environment to develop a visual narrative built on subtlety and atmosphere. We imagined a suspended journey, told through glances and gestures within a white limbo, where soft lighting sculpts the space and the still life set design alternates with the live sequences, creating a rhythm between movement and stillness.

We were interested in exploring the idea of cultural baggage. Traveling means carrying experiences from one place to another, allowing them to transform us. Each encounter, each landscape, each transition adds a layer to our identity. Over time, what we carry becomes part of who we are. In this sense, luggage is no longer just functional; it becomes symbolic. It represents an essence, a lifestyle, and a personal narrative that evolves with every journey.

Notes from the Set

The bag becomes an extension of identity. It holds not only objects, but also memories, inspirations, and intentions. Through this perspective, the protagonist embodies a creative spirit in constant motion. She moves between places while preserving her inner world, bringing with her imagination, artistic sensitivity, and a distinctive style.

Her travels are not just professional displacements, but moments of transformation. The bag accompanies her as a silent partner, reflecting her personality and creative energy. It becomes part of the storytelling itself, a visual metaphor for continuity between movement and identity, between what we collect along the way and what ultimately defines us.
